Please train with me on Tuesday evenings to strengthen the core muscles of your back and live pain free.

Foundation Exercise classes:

Place: Riverwalk Chiropractic

These classes are exclusively held for our current patients who are learning how to better care for and prevent back pain. Please wear loose fitting clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not one will be provided. The goal of this class is to strengthen the core muscle group so that you may hold your adjustments and get better quicker.
